Shipping Policy

I ship very quickly, generally 2-3 business days after order is placed. On certain occasions (during Christmas holidays) could be a little longer. There is a flat rate charge of $4.95 for USPS First Class, which delivers in 3-5 business days.

I only ship within the U.S.A at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

I stand by all of my jewelry, but if there is a problem with your jewelry I will accept exchanges and refunds within 30 days of having received product. If there is an issue with broken or loose pieces, you can do the following:

Option 1: You can take a clear photo of the jewelry with the issue, and email info@libertycottagedesign.com. I can exchange or issue refund.

Option 2: You can mail back the jewelry. Once received I can exchange or refund. Please note only the cost of necklace will be refunded (not shipping charges to send necklace). Email info@libertycottagedesign.com to start process.

These options apply to custom made initial pieces as well.
